Items in our price list are normally in stock on our premises. Most other beekeeping supplies can be obtained. Please inquire.

Volume orders will be individually price-negotiated.
Taxes are extra. All goods purchased at our retail store add 15% HST. On shipped goods, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island add 15% HST; Quebec add 5%; Ontario add 13% GST. All shipped goods are F.O.B. Waverley, NS.
Sorry, we do not export outside of Canada.
Shipping: Freight rates on larger orders will only be calculated for serious inquiries. Postal rates depend on number of boxes, as well as the weights and dimensions, so cannot be calculated accurately in advance. All we can provide is a “best guess-timate” on the postage, until each order is boxed up for shipping. Shipping of fragile glassware (jars) is at the customers risk.
Accepted forms of payment: cash, debit, cheque, money order, Visa or Mastercard.
First time customers, order must be paid in advance by cheque/credit card, or shipped C.O.D. On subsequent orders, invoice will be sent with goods. Credit is a privilege, and may be withdrawn at our discretion. 2% interest charged per month, compounded monthly, plus $3.00 fee for handling overdue accounts.
Customers on terms of Net 30 days requiring balances to be placed on credit cards, add 3.5% to that balance.
$20.00 service charge on all NSF cheques.
Customers are responsible for checking their orders upon receipt. Any errors or omissions must be reported to us at that time.
All items returned may be subject to a 15% restocking fee when supplied as ordered. Transportation of goods authorized for return will be paid for by the returnee.
Refunds will only be given up to 30 days from date of purchase, except in cases of defective goods. Sorry, no returns and no refunds on medications.
